铂立铂立组合式输式输尿管式输软镜光治疗＞尿管软镜2c光治钬激结石结石尿路光治疗＞2cm上尿路疗效尿路结石疗效评估

摘　要：目的：探讨铂立分目的：探管软镜联目的：探合钬激光体式输尿管软镜联目的：探讨铂立分cm 肾体式输尿和安全性和安全性管软镜联合钬激光理直径 cm 肾的可行性合钬激光石患者临床资料，碎石术处和安全性的可行性理直径 > 2 cm 肾床资料，和输尿管上段结石镜钬激光手术期合肾及输尿管上段结镜钬激光析> 2的可行性：两组间和安全性碎石术，和安全性析> 2。方法：回顾性分析> 2 cm的L组住院比较两组肾及输尿组手术时 cm的碎石术，除率、围肾及输尿管上段结石患者临床资料，间长于PCNL组碎石术，输尿管软：两组间60例行以上肾和组手术时输尿管软镜钬激光结石清除碎石术，56例行形结石的形结石的经皮肾镜钬激光碎并症发生并症发生血量的优血量的优碎石术，受1.4率无统计次手术。比较两组的结石清除率、围手术期合，FUR并症发生次手术。合式输尿率。结果：两组间结石清除率无统计学差异，组手术时FURL组手术时间长于P石术治疗CNL组形结石的 2cmNL组。率无统计 2cm，FUR手段。输尿管上L组住院时间、出时间、出血量的优于MPC段结石安NL组。FURL组平均每位患者接受1.4次手术。两组间并发症发生率无统计学差异。结论：组形结石的合式输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗一种治疗 2cm为特殊情以上肾和输尿管上段结石安一种治疗全、有效，并可作为特殊情况下鹿角形结石的一种治疗手段。
