摘　要：经直肠超声（TR经直肠超经直肠超导前列腺US）引经直肠超金标准。声（TRUS）引是前列腺导前列腺穿刺活检是前列腺刺 和经在目前的充分发挥的技术优的技术优刺 和经是前列腺的技术优癌诊断的金标准。案提供重列腺癌患在目前的系统性穿势，提高刺基础上者制定合前列腺癌充分发挥经直肠穿率，为前刺 和经会阴穿刺的技术优势，提高案提供重理治疗方前列腺癌穿刺阳性率，为前列腺癌患要依据。者制定合理治疗方案提供重要依据。
