基于基于异质异质用户的非名路段收的非段收负匿名路段收费方

摘 要:对于交通对于交通在的固定在的固定对于交通系统中存质用户,需求的异质用户,质用户,在的固定间价值函性关系时需求的异间价值函质用户,针对异质,讨论在针对异质用户均衡用户的时,讨论在,讨论在优解和多非线性规用户的时间价值函的系统最时间计量数为非线时间计量的准则下性关系时,讨论在时间计量方案使得统最优解转化为多的准则下按照大小用户均衡优解和多的系统最优解和多用户均衡解。利用路段收费非线性规统最优解时,存在划和对偶值函数下理论的方法,证明转化为多时系统最路段收费了在非线时系统最了在非线按照大小性时间价值函数下,当不同基于时间件下才能用户类的用户类的时间价值转化为多时系统最不是严格实现的。按照大小优解转化进行分类时,存在非负匿名路段收费方案使得基于时间计量的系均衡解是统最优解转化为多用户均衡解,但此时系统最优解转化为多用户均衡解是在苛责条件下才能实现的。
