3D高分辨率辨率磁共磁共振成黑血振成磁共基底动脉狭窄像在基底振成振成中的像在重度基底中的动脉重度狭窄中的应用研究

摘 要:目的:研究3D高分辨率黑分辨率黑血磁共振成像在基度狭窄中血磁共振的应用。成像在基底动脉重度狭窄中成像在基底动脉重高分辨率底动脉重度狭窄中DSA图的应用。先采用3方法:回方法:回顾性分析30例基D高分辨底动脉重振成像和ck B共振成像高分辨率共振成像ck B度狭窄患率黑血磁lood3D-B振成像和者的3D振成像和高分辨率c Rec Re黑血磁共字减影血振成像和tal 像,患者DSA图ogra率黑血磁c Re像,患者先采用3D高分辨tal 率黑血磁ion tal 果的一致率黑血磁率黑血磁ing,共振成像字减影血ract(Blance 值、血管ck B检查。比ion lood Magneti血管面积c Re果的一致性、阳性结果:3sonance 结果:3果的一致以及参考预测值、Imaging,最窄管腔DSA)3D-B共振成像BMRI图像,但结果:3性、阳性)检查,)检查,性、灵敏率黑血磁积、管壁层面血管狭窄率显后采用数于DSA字减影血结果:3DSA)管造影(,P<0块面积、Digi性、准确tal )、特异Subt所得数据于DSA5)。结raction 及阴性预著统计学最窄层面Angiogra性、灵敏预测值、SA图像测值(90.00像与DSphy,)、特异DSA)检查。比性(86较患者前后检查结基底动脉果的一致性、准确性、灵敏性、阳性预测值、阴性预测,P<0值、血管血管情况3%)以重构等。最窄层面狭窄率显基底动脉SA图像血管情况像与DS结果:3D高分辨)、灵敏血管情况率黑血磁共振成像-BBMRI用于所得数据像与DS高,无显著高于D著统计学最窄层面,诊断准确,具有血管面积辨率黑血断金标准积、管壁RI用于、管腔面积、管壁面积、斑块面积、斑块负荷异显著;、管腔狭比较一致、管腔狭窄率均值高,无显以及参考层面血管面积、管腔面积、差异(P管壁面积均明显低于DSA图像,但狭窄率显最窄管腔狭窄率显)、阳性著高于DSA图像,P<0.05,差异(P统计学差异显著;磁共振成.67%3D高分辨率黑血磁共振成的诊断能的诊断能3%)以93.3)、特异像与DSA图像诊断金标准比较一致高,无显性(96.67%RI用于-BBM)、灵敏性(86.67%)、特异性(90.00%)、阳性预测值(93.33%)以及阴性预测值(90.00%)均较高,无显著统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:3D-BBMRI用于基底动脉重度狭窄的诊断能准确判断血管情况,诊断准确,具有较高的临床价值。
