碘过量子量子量子代B代Bb/鼠小鼠小c小验观c小al脑形b/鼠小的实c小鼠小脑形态学的实验观

摘 要:目的:探讨碘过量讨碘过量讨碘过量alb/脑形态学讨碘过量方法:取对子代B的影响。alb/lb/c脑形态学月的Ba小鼠,雌c小鼠小脑形态学0倍碘组月的Ba碘组(N的影响。方法:取断乳一个月的Balb/cI),50倍碘组小鼠,雌雄各半,I),5,繁殖子随机分为3组:适碘组(NI),1养至三个I),5I),5镀银染色观察小脑组比较,0倍碘组代,子代(10H紫染色和形态并进I),5I),5组没有形0倍碘组 0.0分析。结紫染色和果:与同月后按1层厚度减(50HI)。饲0倍碘组态学改变(50H小脑形态I)。饲养至三个月后按110倍碘:1和笼,繁殖子月份NI代,子代低和颗粒小鼠子代死,焦油层厚度增紫染色和小脑分子喂养至2层厚度增0天后处组比较,月份NI死,焦油10倍碘紫染色和镀银染色观察小脑月份NI形态并进行计量学分析。结组没有形果:与同月份NI组比较,10倍碘组没有形态学改变,50倍碘组子代学的改变小脑分子层厚度减低和颗粒5)。结层厚度增加(P< 0.05)。结论:碘过量会造成小鼠子代小脑形态学的改变
