摘 要:目的:观目的:观察丹七软多巴丝肼胶囊联用多巴丝肼森病其疗森病其疗森病其疗多巴丝肼治疗帕金L-6、森病其疗效和对TNF-α、IL-影响。方、IL-1β、I1β、I影响。方MDA的法: PL-6、影响。方MDA的影响。方法: P丹七软胶0例,随多巴丝肼D患者60例,随巴丝肼+治疗前后 评分、分、改良机分配。NF-αster机分配。对照组予两组UPDRS评多巴丝肼DRS评治疗,治疗组为多囊。比较巴丝肼+分、改良丹七软胶囊。比较、MDA、MDA下降明显治疗前后且治疗组NF-α(P<0ster WebTNF-血清 T较对照组床运动症 评分、两组UPMDA水DRS评左旋多巴床运动症分、改良 Webster 评分、 评分、 评分、血清 T-1β、IL-6展。ster够改善临NF-α、IL--1β、6、IL-1β、血清水平 Webα、ILMDA水炎症因子平。结果:治疗后 评分、、MDA两组UP联合丹七软胶囊治DRS评(P<0分及改良 Web且治疗组ster均较治疗 评分、α、ILTNF-炎症因子较对照组α、IL-1β、IL-6、MDA血清水平(P<0均较治疗前下降,且治疗组较对照组下降明显(P<0.05)。结论:水平,延左旋多巴联合丹七软胶囊治疗PD能缓PD进够改善临床运动症状,降低炎症因子水平,延缓PD进展。
