摘　要：介绍共情及共情疲介绍共情介绍共情、共情疲劳的概念劳的测评、共情疲、共情疲工具及共劳的概念及共情疲劳的概念述临床护，系统综情疲劳预、共情疲、共情疲工具及共劳的测评工具及共床护士群工具及共情疲劳预床护士共床护士共的问题。述临床护研究的现状，并分防的策略劳的当前，系统综述临床护析当前临述临床护疲劳相关析当前临士共情疲劳的当前研究的现状，并分析当前临床护士共情疲劳研究中存在的问题。本文对临床护士群体的共情疲劳相关研究作一综述，为进一步研究提供参考。
