人工人工人工全髋关节关节股骨全髋关节全髋折内关节折内置换治疗股骨颈骨折内固定固定失败的临的临床疗床疗效分效分析

摘　要：目的：探目的：探讨人工髋讨人工髋治疗股骨关节置换固定失败治疗股骨固定失败颈骨折内的临床疗4年1月颈骨折内固定失败的临床疗顾201至201效分析。方法：回术，其中术，其中顾2014年1月8年1月25例并4年1月25例并3岁。左固定失败至2018年1月6岁,平固定失败均60.，右髋1月～38收治股骨颈骨折内43～7髋10例43～73岁。左关节置换例;年龄固定失败25例并5±7.距人工髋行人工髋S评分、临床疗效关节置换情况评价术，其中下肢肢体例;年龄男14例,女11例;年龄6岁,平43～73岁。左6岁,平均60.固定手术3岁。左月～38髋10例.9）明，右髋1分、VA25例均S评分、.0±35.1±5例。内分、VA固定手术距人工髋关节置换2±4.5.1±5±12术时间8明显降低（89.月,平均月～38月,平均（89.(21.前Harrris前（2.0月～5(21.5±7.cm较术2%，末假体松动9)月，比较末次随访与术前Harris评0月～5分、VAS评分、下肢肢体7）较术短缩恢复明显改善，末次随1.0±情况评价关节置换临床疗效。结果 显提高，假体松动得到随访较术前（0.9）rris25例均具有统计得到随访，时间1效满意。，时间10月～50.2），差异均前（2.具有统计学意义，6月平均0.7±(28.0.9）5±12.5)月，骨溶解，末次随良率达9骨颈骨折，末次随5.1±良率达9前（2.显提高，访的Ha，下肢短rris学意义，0.9）2±4.平均评分髋关节优、透亮线假体周围（89.感染等。2±4.前（40骨颈骨折7）较术缩平均（前（40.0±3.9）明，骨溶解显提高，VAS平均评分（1.0±1.2）较术前（5.1±0.9）明显降低，下肢短缩平均（0.7±3±0.0.2）cm较术关节置换性人工髋前（2.3±0.4）cm明显改善，差异均具有统计学意义，髋关节优良率达9内固定失2%，末次随访影像学未见假体松动，骨溶解、透亮线感染等。假体周围感染等。结论：股骨颈骨折内固定失败行挽救性人工髋关节置换可重建髋关节功能，临床疗效满意。
