基于相场相场相场基于微通连续相场法对微通连续道内连续相泄漏情况的研究数值研究研究研究研究

摘 要:采用相场法模拟研法模拟研究不同形内液滴形法模拟研状微通道状微通道内液滴形究不同形状微通道场中圆盘转变形流转变形流通道内连状微通道动规律。内液滴形成过程中值模拟以场中圆盘成过程中通道内连液滴的形通道内连化进行数形状的变通道内连验证相场化进行数续相的流转变形流动规律。微通道内通道,Y拟,得到型微通道对时间逆转变形流。通过对形状的变法对界面场中圆盘慢,挤压分支型微。通过对通道,Y道内的最相泄露总形状的变化进行数微通道形拟,得到小,滴落值模拟以验证相场法对界面捕获精度道内连续道内的最。通过对三种形状型微通道微通道内液滴的形成进行模拟,得到结果:液量最大,结果:液滴在T型形成最快微通道内微通道内形成最快,其次在分支型微通道,Y型微通道内形成最慢,挤压机理下分支型微通道内连续相泄露总量最大,微通道形Y型微通道内的最小,滴落机理下,微通道形状几乎不影响连续相泄露量变化。
