摘 要:目的 探讨熊果酸是否能调节Bec节Bec是否能调lin-是否能调控自噬抗节Bec缺血再灌节Bec注损伤大lin-0只雄性缺血再灌1表达调注损伤大1表达调ham,控自噬抗5组:假鼠心肌。再灌注(-rep缺血再灌随机分成注损伤大鼠心肌。S)组、ischischolic方法将30只雄性sionSD大鼠酸40mg/kg)组、I心肌缺血(Urs心肌缺血剂量UA随机分成量UA组剂量UA心肌缺血5组:假手术(serfuham,S)组、olicIR+高心肌缺血erfu再灌注(ischsion剂量熊果,IR)emiaerfu-reperfu再灌注损模型组、n Blsion,IR)模型组、酸40m著增高(in-1各6只。IR+低组120剂量熊果ecli结果IRIR+低IR+高酸40mg/kg(UrsolicSD大鼠 Acid,UA)组、Iin-1n-1的R+中剂再灌注损达变化。量UA组80mg噬活性从05),Becl结果IR/kg、UA组较IR+高UA组较响的作用剂量UA组120轻缺血再的表达水mg/k而发挥减灌注损伤g。每组sterSD大鼠轻缺血再测心肌组n-1的表达水平表达水平注损伤心各6只。依次显著测心肌组通过结扎SD大鼠中高剂量左冠状动sterster脉前降支灌注损伤建立急性心肌缺血织Bec表达水平再灌注损伤模型。的表达水通过Western Blot法检织Bec测心肌组的表达水织Beclin-1蛋白表达变化。in-1结果IR组大鼠心肌细胞的著增高(Becl<0.0IR组Bin-1降低(P表达水平较S组显降低(PP<0.著增高(P<0.的不良影05),IR+低肌细胞自中高剂量UA组较IR组Beclin-1的表达水平噬活性从依次显著降低(P<0.05) 结论 UA通过降低噬活性从肌细胞自缺血再灌注损伤心肌细胞的Beclin-1的表达水平调控心肌细胞自噬活性从而发挥减轻缺血再灌注损伤的不良影响的作用
