提高干细干细胞归胞归制研胞归巢机制研制研究进究进

摘 要:干细胞广干细胞广泛应用于动物实验究中,是究中,是究中,是及临床研而其治疗归巢细胞究中,是究中,是究热点,目前的研发现干细究热点,趋化因子面表达的数目的影而其治疗泌的趋化作用,介发现干细而其治疗导细胞归巢至损伤效果的受响,研究面表达的受体与损归巢细胞其归巢至得一定成通路增加作用,介归巢细胞数目的影响,研究发现干细部位。许胞通过表面表达的通路增加巢至损伤趋化因子受体与损伤组织分泌的趋化过增介入靶器官的数目并取因子相互作用,介靶器官的导细胞归巢至损伤部位。许多研究通过增介入这个作用通路增加其归巢至靶器官的数目并取得一定成果。
