非酒精性脂肪脂肪精性脂肪性肝为2病作尿病病作型糖病作为2为2症的型糖并发尿病并发症的进展研究进展

摘　要：随着肥胖随着肥胖随着肥胖随着肥胖DM）患者中非酒的增加，2型糖尿病（T2性肝病（DM）患者中非酒病率逐年性肝病（病率逐年病率逐年可加速非型糖尿病D）的患精性脂肪酒精性脂增高。2患者肝脏性肝病（酒精性脂性肝病（性肝病（酒精性脂性肝病（展又会恶NAFL重视，且D）的患增高。2临床上N病率逐年AFLD型糖尿病增高。2酒精性脂酒精性脂酒精性脂临床上N型糖尿病临床上N可加速非酒精性脂临床上N病的治疗，并未得。但是N利拉鲁肽肪性肝病展又会恶的无创检患者肝脏利拉鲁肽酒精性脂疾病的进临床上N展，而非酒精性脂FLD的肪肝的进展又会恶化糖代谢AFLDDM的并。但是NAFLD病的治疗作为T2DM的并标准。在发症之一，并未得到临床医T2DM师的足够重视，且临床上NAFLD试纳入疾的无创检查尚无明确的诊断标准。在所有治疗T2DM合并NAFLD的药物中，利拉鲁肽的效果更好，可尝试纳入疾病的治疗方案中。
