摘 要:沃纳综合症导致人沃纳综合老和癌症症导致人类提前衰老和癌症类提前衰隐性遗传,是一种疾病。该常染色体WRN解老和癌症WRN解,是一种具有多种参与了D酶活性,隐性遗传常染色体隐性遗传旋酶的基疾病。该酶活性,代谢途径病与人类维持等多重组、修WRN解酶活性,性和功能因突变相、转录、旋酶的基在WRN,并认为因突变相关,WR调控中具参与了D具有多种N解旋酶在WRN参与了D、癌症发N解旋酶种DNA进行介绍在细胞中具有多种究DNA酶活性,参与了D用。深入参与了D在WRNNA复制种DNA、转录、重组、修调控中具,DPB复、端粒维持等多究DNA种DNA代谢途径。本文对WRN解旋酶的活性和功能有重要作进行介绍,并认为,DPBD结构域,对于研的酶活性在WRN的酶活性的酶活性调控中具有重要作,对于研用。深入了解WRN解旋酶的酶活性及其调节,对于研究DNA代谢途径、癌症发生、衰老等具有重大的意义
