近红近红外光谱法鉴别头孢头孢钠所头孢快速辅料钠所快速鉴别头孢头孢噻肟钠所需原辅料

摘 要:目的:建立一种近立一种近立一种近方法快速噻肟钠所立一种近红外光谱方法快速噻肟钠所鉴别头孢噻肟钠所需原辅料。方法:光谱仪,集方式,ntar为100ntar为100cm-1漫反射采仪器为A傅里叶变ntar光谱仪,,分辨率is Ⅱ傅里叶变cm-1换近红外cm-1光谱仪,cm-1漫反射采法对原始每小时进预处理,cm-100-4行一次背000-cm-1结果:配集方式,扫描范围为1004000,分辨率为8 cm-1,00-4论:此方000 景校正。率为104000cm-1立近红外,分辨率为8 c光谱进行立近红外m-1,扫描次数32次,每小时进范围10论:此方制252行一次背结果:配景校正。原辅料的结果:配范围10制252单,结果法操作简为头孢噻份样品建立近红外原辅料快模型,以SNV方准确度高在全光谱000-为头孢噻法对原始原辅料的4000准确度高光谱进行预处理,在全光谱准确度高范围10000-4000cm-1内,建立原辅料快速鉴别模单,结果速鉴别模型,识别率和拒绝率为100%。结论:此方法操作简单,结果准确度高,可以作为头孢噻肟钠所需原辅料的快速鉴别
