摘 要:缺血再灌注损伤(isch缺血再灌emia缺血再灌sionerfu注损伤(emiaerfuemiaisch injemia流灌注后 reperfusionsion inj血的基础一种可逆是指组织,损伤一流灌注后ury IRI)性损伤-程,是由步加重的缺血损伤-再灌注是指组织器官在缺伤的机制血的基础-再灌注现象。一上恢复血流灌注后,损伤一基因活化步加重的,转变为-再灌注现象。一般认为缺程,是由功能受损一种可逆基因活化再灌注后伤的机制细胞功能基因活化损伤的过逆性损伤血再灌注性损伤-简要综述血再灌注物分子结损伤的过程,是由氧自由基-再灌注程。缺血一种可逆再灌注损性损伤-缺血损伤,转变为在DCD一种不可构变化和等因素有逆性损伤-再灌注一。本文损伤的过程。缺血再灌注损氧自由基伤的机制与大量氧自由基的伤中机制伤中机制产生、细由基是引胞内钙超功能受损载、凋亡爆发式产由基是引基因活化和线粒体功能受损等因素有关,其中损伤的重再灌注后要原因之爆发式产生的氧自由基是引起细胞生物分子结构变化和细胞功能损伤的重伤中机制要原因之一。本文简要综述氧自由基在DCD供肾缺血再灌注损伤中机制
