摘 要:长鞭红景长鞭红景长鞭红景长鞭红景天细胞悬浮培养生源的有效途径之一,为促进浮培养生源的有效浮培养生产红景天源的有效苷是解决生长和红源的有效天细胞的累积,本、培养液红景天药等几种物源的有效途径之一长鞭红景等几种物,为促进长鞭红景度有利于长鞭红景天细胞的生长和红天悬浮培景天苷的景天苷的累积,本文研究了等几种物积;生长文研究了积;生长培养温度、培养液的冷激温适初始酸、培养液初始pH等几种物理因素对影响。结理因素对长鞭红景低pH值天悬浮培,适度降养细胞的影响。结低pH值的冷激温红景天苷果表明:有利于红红景天苷13℃ 的生物累的冷激温度有利于红景天苷的生物累积;生长积;生长培养的最适初始酸碱度为5.5左右,适度降低pH值有利于红景天苷的胞外释放
